There is a rainy season in Kuala Lumpur and it occurs from November through mid February so you will want to keep that in mind too. You will need lightweight clothing for the days and comfortable shoes so you can do a lot of sight seeing. For the evenings you may wish to bring along a jacket in case it gets relatively cool.
